We partner with the Make-A-Wish Foundation, whose mission is to create life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses. We have donated proceeds from our new home sales to the foundation, as well as helping grant a wish by building a dream princess playhouse.

Supporting Our Communities
One of our company's core values is having a passion for people - whether it is to those we employ, our customers, our partners, or the citizens of our communities. We serve within and around our communities through our Give & Receive Program, participating in charity events, volunteering and making charitable and financial donations. We are proud to be a part of and give back to the communities in which we build and to receive the reward that comes with knowing you've made a difference.
Red Cross Partnership
Since 2017, Brightland Homes has partnered with the American Red Cross to support communities affected by disasters big and small. As a Silver Ready 365 Giving Circle Partner, Brightland Homes helps ensure the Red Cross is able to turn compassion into action, helping others in times of crisis.
Hometown Heroes Program
We are extremely grateful for the sacrifices made by the men and women who protect our country and its citizens, either by serving in the military, our communities, or as first responders. As our way of saying thank you, we are pleased to offer special discounts on the price of a new home to qualifying individuals. Please see your community's Sales Associate for more details.
We partner in helping support HomeAid Colorado in the Builders For Babies Diaper Drive by collecting diapers for families in need.
Reducing Our Environmental Impact
As the global community continues to expand, it becomes increasingly important for companies to consider the impact they have on our environment and the steps they must take to limit that impact. For every home sold, we are proud to contribute to the U.S. Forestry Foundation's initiative by covering the cost of planting 30 trees.
Why 30? This number symbolizes the average number of trees required to produce the lumber essential for constructing a home. It is a significant step for us as a company to actively reduce our environmental footprint and contribute to the well-being of the planet we share.
This initiative reflects our profound pride in being in a position to make a positive impact on the environment, leaving a legacy of sustainability for future generations. Join us in creating homes that not only stand as testaments to architectural excellence but also contribute to the well-being of our planet.
Together, let's build a greener, more sustainable future.
